We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in our Vancouver Ready Mix Operations.  You will be responsible for all the day-to-day administrative support reporting directly to the Operations Manager.  This is a full time position.


You are able to prioritize and work effectively in a multi-tasking environment.  You project a high degree of professionalism combined with a friendly and helpful manner when working with our internal team. Duties also include: answering and directing phone calls; daily billing for plants; daily timesheet entry; data entry into JD Edwards; admin support for management, maintenance, production and Health & Safety; and other office duties as required.



 The ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key to this position.  Advance skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook 2017 are required.  Experience with JD Edwards software would be an asset.  A candidate with office administration training is preferred.  Experience in a construction or transportation environment is an asset.
