Reporting to the HR Manager, and located in our Calgary Head Office, the HR Generalist, will provide HR support to approximately 700 employees in Alberta and BC, work directly with front line supervisors and managers on day to day employee matters, recruit, draft offer letters, facilitate training, and advise on Employment Standards and regulations.

The successful applicant will have 3 – 5 years of HR experience. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to deal with sensitive issues, confidential information and have the ability to be attentive to detail. Experience working in a Union environment, with Great Plains HR, Excel and Power Point is required. CHRP, or a combination of education and experience is preferred.
