BURNCO Rock Products Ltd. has an immediate opening for the position of Assistant Plant Foreman, for various locations in and around Calgary as well as out of town. This position is shift work, own transportation is required.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Assist Foreman with the operation and maintenance of production plants
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Supervising production staff
• Ensuring quality of all products
• Motivating staff to obtain high levels of production
• Organize daily production paperwork
• Ability to work shift work and weekends

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
• A good working knowledge of all Aggregate Production Equipment
• Must be highly motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work as a team player
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment
