Calgary-based Carbon Upcycling has secured $26.6 million in fresh funding to accelerate the deployment of its carbon capture and utilization technology, marking a major milestone in the company’s bid to decarbonize the construction industry.
One of Western Canada’s largest limestone quarries is now owned by Calgary-based BURNCO Rock Products Ltd. after the company announced Thursday that it had acquired a Calgary-based company owned by a New York-based private equity firm.
